The luxurious French hotel company Les Airelles plans to open a hotel at the Château de Versailles in the French Spring of 2020.
The Château de Versailles or Palace of Versailles dates back to the 17th-century and was the royal residence of King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette.
Located in Paris, the incredible Palace of Versailles sees millions of tourists a year who want to marvel at the art, design and architecture of this incredible structure.
The hotel, named Le Grand Contrôle, will be situated inside converted 17th and 18th-century buildings, within the palace grounds. It will have 14 luxury rooms and a gourmet restaurant.
The hotel’s design will be a tribute to 18th-century style, created by Christophe Tollemer. It will overlook the Orangery and the Pièce d’Eau des Suisses, the lake inside the palace gardens. Guests will be able to choose their view.
The hotel’s opening, bookings and rates are not yet available.
