SANParks has announced that the Shingwedzi Rest Camp in Kruger National Park will be temporarily closed from 16-25 September 2019. The camp will be hosting musicians from all over the world who will be performing in the bush and who have booked out the whole camp.
According to the national park, the rest camp’s facilities will not be available to Kruger visitors for the duration of the performers’ stay. However, visitors to Kruger can still make use of the filling station, shop, bathrooms and the take-away facility at the restaurant.
SANParks will also be hosting a musical event, ‘The Golden Classics 2019’, in the Golden Gate Highlands National Park in the Free State from 6-8 December, and bookings can be made at sanparks.org.
