How it works

This is a motorized mount for your smartphone that rotates and pans for stable panoramics, interesting time-lapses and 360-degree images.

Pros

  • Interchangeable rubber inserts for different iPhone sizes.
  • Captures unusual angles and stable time-lapses.
  • Rechargeable internal battery.
  • Can connect it to a tripod for height.
  • Grasps the phone tightly.

Cons

  • Not easy to setup. I had to resort to the internet after reading instructions to figure it out.
  • You have to buy the apps at extra cost to do anything with it, which sucks.
  • iOS only.

Verdict

An awesome gadget for time-lapses if you’re willing to splurge.
