Video: The ILanga Fire Pancake Restaurant in the Transkei Posted by Deni Archer on 6 March 2013 The ILanga Fire Pancake Restaurant in the Transkei is becoming well-known among more adventurous travellers who care to wander a little way off the beaten track. Owners Pinkie and Maina are two local Xhosa women with an entrepreneurial spirit. They learned to make pancakes from a a passing traveller at Bulungula Lodge, and have now set up a cafe in a hut not too far from it.
