With an abundance of articles surfacing about the flowers I thought I would rather share our trip from Upington to Paternoster with another photo essay. I love the close-up photos more than anything as each flower offers so much more when you look at them in detail. Needless to say the endless splashes of colour blankets also made me feel excited. And yes I did get out a number of times to frolic among the flowers until my legs were covered in pollen!
