Photo blog: Mozambique island hopping – Ilha de Mocambique
I’m busy island hopping up the northern coast of Mozambique for a month. First stop is Ilha de Mocambique, perhaps the most photogenic place in the country. I’ve spent days here shooting the old forts and churches, the dhows and fishermen. It’s been an overload of colours and textures. Next, I’ll be moving up through the Quirimbas Archipelago, stopping at islands such as Ibo, Matemo, Medjumbe, Vamizi and Ticomaji.
