Trunki reviewed: luggage for kids

Posted by Melanie van Zyl on 31 May 2013

Trunki is a children’s suitcase designed to make travelling fun for children and beat any boredom build-up.

Trunki

Trunki

Trunki is the brainchild of designer Rob Law and he first came up with the concept for a ride-on suitcase in 1997 for his own kids. The hand-luggage sized ride-on suitcase gives kids a sense of responsibility as they can lug around their favourite toys and travel activities.

There is a handle so you can pull your child along, or siblings can play and pull each other along. Each bag has a distinct character and is designed to be a toy itself.
