Free off-road guides from Nissan

The Nissan Off-Road Guide series is free to anyone wanting to make the most of their 4X4.

Nissan South Africa teamed up with Glyn Demmer (off-road specialist) in designing a four-part series to guide the South African 4X4 community when it comes to tackling off-road obstacles and technically difficult terrain.

These guides offer the necessary knowledge for properly abusing the off-road technology available in today’s vehicles in a safe and responsible way.

In these guides you’ll find info on off-road terminology, tyre care, environmental responsibility and 4X4 recovery. It also covers correct 4X4 driving procedures, including seating position and how to hold the steering wheel as well as a comprehensive recovery section.
