Rooibos Martini recipe Posted by Sarah Duff on 27 May 2011 This rooibos Martini is another great rooibos recipe from Floris Smith, executive chef at Bushmans Kloof in the Cederberg. Serves 1 You’ll need: 50 ml rooibos syrup 50 ml vodka 25 ml dry Martini Slice of lemon Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
