Rooibos Martini recipe

This rooibos Martini is another great rooibos recipe from Floris Smith, executive chef at Bushmans Kloof in the Cederberg.

Serves 1

You’ll need:

  • 50 ml rooibos syrup
  • 50 ml vodka
  • 25 ml dry Martini
  • Slice of lemon

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
