Make your own herb rub

These four ingredients are the big secret behind a great Greek-style lamb. Combine them in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

You’ll need:
1 big handful dried oregano
1 handful rock salt
1 handful grated garlic
Juice from 10 lemons
