Baked chocolate-rum bananas recipe Posted by Sarah Duff on 23 February 2011 This recipe for baked chocolate-rum bananas serves 6. You’ll need: 6 bananas 100 g dark chocolate Rum (optional) Slice the unpeeled bananas lengthways but don’t cut through the skin on the other side. Stuff them with the chocolate and wrap each one in foil to look like a Christmas cracker. Place on the coals and leave for five to eight minutes. Open the foil and splash a glug of rum on each banana. Tip: Replace the rum with brandy or Amarula.
