As a kid, I wanted to be a game ranger. I dreamt about wearing khaki and showing people that you can, in fact, eat buck droppings. I scraped through biology at high school and still can't tell the difference between mitochondria and hypochondria. I have lived in Argentina and Scotland and have travelled through Croatia, France, the United States, Spain and the Netherlands. However, my favourite destinations are in my own country, where the people are warm, the scenery is big and the weather makes Greece look like Shropshire. I have eaten buck droppings. They taste of grass.
