Canon announces the release of a new wide angle HD video recorder – the Legria Mini.
There are plenty of wide-angle camera options available these days from the GoPro (read the review of the GoPro Hero 3 Black edition here) to the iON AirPro and now Canon has entered the fray with the Legria Mini.
Portable and lightweight it features a built-in stand so you don’t have to lug around a tripod and gives hand-free recording options so you’re not stuck behind the camera because the screen can be flipped into a front-facing position to enable accurate self-shooting – you can now present your own adventure and participate in your videos.
The Legria Mini uses a Canon-designed ultra-wide angle f/2.8 lens, which captures Full HD movies at 160° and stills at 170° and built-in Wi-Fi connectivity to enable the sharing of high quality video.
