The city of Melbourne in Australia has opened a wine fountain that spouts rosé and shiraz. The fountain is open for the entire month of August, as part of the Winter Village pop-up.
According to Time Out, the pour-your-own wine fountain’s two iron spouts are filled with wine from a Yarra-Valley-based winery, St. Huberts The Stag.
Located in Federation Square, the Winter Village is a euro-style winter wonderland atop the Skyline Terrace at Federation Square. Complete with a Sip bar and Feast menu, an Igloo Village of 21 cosy igloos.

This is not the first wine fountain concept, in 2016 the Italian town of Abruzzo provided free red wine from a fountain for people doing the Cammino di San Tommaso pilgrimage from Rome to Ortona. Perhaps South Africa is in need of a wine fountain or two?
